Choose Your Chat Room Experience
As you may have noticed ... there are two different chat experiences to choose from across AOL. Whether you've been chatting with the same groups of friends for years, or want to get back into the whole chat thing -- we've got a couple of options for you.
AIM Chat is full of awesome chat rooms, with new and improved features. From the AIM Chat listings page you can view the most active chats, the most recent chats or take a look at random chats and jump into the conversation. Of course, you have the ability to create your own chat room. Simply go to chat.aim.com to get started.
Hooked on the old AOL Chat experience? If you're used to chatting in these AOL Chat Rooms you can continue to get there by signing into AOL, going to People Connection and clicking on the Chat tab. Voila!
Now that you know your options, choose the Chat experience that is right for you.

2. I don't care about chats. What I want to know is why the hell that Buddy Update crap has been added to my PROFILE. I didn't want that crap showing that stupid icon showing up everytime I change it so I disabled it. YOU GAVE US the ability to disable it! Now why the hell is it showing on my buddy list?! I WANT IT GONE!

5. Some people who are on aim don't wanna meet people because they don't know anyone who are new in why are they picture on the profile if they don't wanna meet anyone tht don't make any sence I guess they are scare 2 meet new people

7. Kelly, I was looking at the AIM chat page and there was one member created room that really has an inappropriate name. I really didn't want to go into the room to report it to AOL and didn't know where to report it, really. If you look at the names of member created rooms, I'm sure you will know which one I'm talking about. Franki

8. i have been looking to chat with native American indians why are they any chat rooms like that i'm also wondering where can i find a place on this internet to write storey's kid's adult's and adventures storey's and who every reads it or get's on the page i would get paid for it? my cousin said something about it and i would like to try it so how do i go about doing both these things? humph....?

18. I think Barak Obama is a smooth con artist. I think the more intimate look at him reveals an arrogrant racist. He avoids close and personal intimate conversations because he then reveals his real feelings. I resent that if one critizes him the implication is made that you are a racist. I would be voting for Colen Powell if he were running for President.
